Stephen's biography:
My earliest roots are in Goshen, NY where I was born to my parents in 1984. Shortly after, I moved to FL where I lived out my childhood. It was then, at the age of 22, that God opened my eyes and granted me genuine faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and I was converted. A desire for the Bible sprung up within me and I spent much time in the study of it. I was baptized and joined a local Baptist church soon afterward. Since my conversion, I have been very active in various church ministries such as directing youth groups, leading Sunday school classes, serving as a Deacon, evangelism, and regularly preaching in and out of church services. During this time, I was blessed to have different Pastors who invested time into teaching me. Earlier in my Christian life, a desire to serve as a Pastor germinated, but I kept that desire in my heart waiting on the Lord to bring to pass His will in His time. In 2013, I moved to WA and married my wife, Clarissa. In 2022, God fulfilled my desire and I was biblically ordained a Pastor at the church I was a member of at that time. Shortly after, I began assisting Valley Bible Baptist Church with pulpit supply in the Fall, while also happily serving at my home church as well. By the next year, the Lord unexpectedly opened the door for me to candidate at Valley Bible Baptist Church. Starting 2024 at Valley Bible Baptist Church is a true privilege and I look forward to how the Lord will continue to use me, my family, and the rest of the church in our service to Him
